 Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Due to COVID-19 it may take longer to receive your merchandise. We are doing the best we can during this time, and apologize for the delay that you may encounter. 

We ship using USPS Priority Mail and aim to get them fulfilled within 3-5 days. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items that are out of our control.

 Q. Can I return items?

A. In order to do our part during the pandemic to keep ourselves and our customers safe we are not allowing exchanges or returns at the store, the restaurant, or through our online store this summer. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but want to do what we can to reduce contact between people. 

Q: Am I able to try on the merchandise?

 A. Unfortunately during this time you are not able to try on clothing. You are able to touch the clothes though. This is the policy until the state of Massachusetts changes their COVID-19 re-opening regulations. 

Q: How many people are allowed in the store?

A: Right now only 5 people are allowed inside at one time. Please be patient and wait outside until one of our staff members welcomes you in! If you don't want to wait you can place an order for pick-up over the phone,  and we will have it ready for you as soon as we can! 

Q. Are these shirts for guys too?

A. Yes, as long as it doesn’t say “Womens” or “Kids”. That Oval B Denim shirt is the same one you bought this summer.

Q. Can Sale items be returned?

A. Unless we have made an error, all sale items are final. This way we can give you great deals and keep our shipping costs low.

 Q. Do you have a size chart?

A. We use many styles of shirts from different makers. We have improved our product descriptions to give you a clear idea of what style and size will suit you.

 

Q. Is it safe to order online at the Beachcomber store?

A. Yes. All of your information including your credit card is processed at an online site that is encrypted and secure. Because of this security, information cannot be observed by outside parties in transit.

Q. On the credit card payment page, what is the card code and where is it located?

A. The card code is a three-digit security code that is printed on the back of credit cards. The number appears in reverse italic at the top of the signature panel at the end.

We only need the last 3 digits of this number (the others are just a repetition of your credit card number).

Q. When will I get charged?

A. Your credit card is processed at the time you place the order. The charge will appear as “Beachcomber of Wellfleet” on your card statement. 

Q. How much is shipping and handling?

A. We will ship to anywhere in the United States. Rates are:

Standard Priority Mail Packages:  $7.95

Special Size Packages: determined by weight

Q. How will my order be shipped?

A. By USPS Priority Mail.

Q. What is your privacy policy? What do you do with the information that I submit?

A. All of the information that you submit stays with us. We will never share, sell, disclose or distribute your information at any time.
